Our firm has been
in continuous
existence since it was founded in 1910 by Carl H. Davis. In 1955,
Carl H. was joined in his law practice by his son, Robert L.
Davis. Carl H. Davis died in 1961, and Robert continued his
practice with various other attorneys over the years. He was
joined by his nephew, F.C. "Rick" Davis, in 1979, and his son-in-law,
Kenneth H. Jack, in 1985. Robert's
son,
Carl B. Davis, joined the practice in 1988. Mark Kiefer has
joined the firm in January, 2007. For many years, Davis
&
Jack, L.L.C. has engaged in a diverse legal practice characterized by
client
advocacy, exceptional technical competence, and unquestioned integrity.
Davis & Jack, L.L.C.. represents clients in a
